songs in media library won't move to playlst

using ots 1.85..whenever I try to move a song from library,drag and drop,it doesn't work.I have to set as next then try to move it into play which also doesn't alway work,when I click on the the song the screen popos up that shows all the songs with that cd.hope that made scense.

try to hold Ctrl down and doubble click at the song thet takes the song to play
