BRYL-Radio is a community radio station broadcasting from Filey on the North Yorkshire coast, UK. We use OtsAV on one PC with a USB connection to an Allen & Heath mixer which outputs to another PC streaming to the Internet using Shoutcast. We broadcast a mixture of music from the 50's to the 80's, interviews of local interest and with celebrities visiting the local theatres.

We currently use Wavestreaming as our streaming host but we have experienced a lot of problems and are now looking for another streaming host. Does anyone have any recommendations for a UK based streaming host that's has a telephone support line that I could call and speak to someone if I have a problem? This is a major problem with Wavestreaming - they only communicate by email which we have found to be unsatisfactory when there is an issue with the stream.
