I am doing a gig on Saturday Night which is a Boxing tournament. Any ideas what would be good songs to play as entrance music for the boxers and in between the rounds. Looking for ideas other than Eye of the tiger !!!
Here Comes The Hotstepper - Imi Kamozi (spelling?) was one boxer's theme that springs to mind. I bet google knows them all!

Is the theme from Rocky too much?
Most fighters usually have their own "theme" song, try to find out what they are before the event. In between bouts, I would just play something upbeat as filler.
J's right, most boxers usually have there own song.
I used to do a number of local boxing gigs here in Loxton back in the late 90's.
One good one that springs to mind is the video version of Fat Boy Slim's "Right Here, Right Now"
Then there's the always the over used instrumental version of 2Unlimited's "Get Ready For This"
