Hello All,
The above subject refers.
I have lots of digital music, whose track names have accented characters like these ones here:
é ó è à ř á ä î ç ö ø ü ñ ï å í ü ë č ć, ć ; _
ł ę ÿ ě š Š ú ý ã ß ê ż ò ù ì Ž
Now, the problem:
when I batch import the music, I get errors "the tracks could not be imported: Skipping. and the tracks cannot be read;". I inspected the affected tracks and concluded that ots studio refuses to import tracks named with accented characters.
Request:
Who can help me with a tool which can batch re-name (or remove accented characters) from all the tracks?
Is there a way we can configure ots studio to ignore accented characters and import the tracks the way they are?
Alex
The only suggestion I can make is to edit the files if the are mp3 to change them with an mp3 tag renamer program. I am sure some will do batches. I don't think you can configure studio to ignore accented characters.
I would try one track manually and rename it and then try to import it in studio. Also email Ots they may have a suggestion.
Thank you Sir
