MP4 Format

I know I've seen a bunch of topics in here.  Is it my understanding that Ots Studio does not support MP4's?  I just bought a bunch of them from yourremix.com and now can't use them without converting...which I don't have a program to do...now have to buy yet another program?  Is this all correct?
