Trying to import promo only cd and I am getting this error message:

Encoder error  or invalid settings

have you set an encoder dll

I converted one promo only cd and started the second cd an got this error. I have reloaded ots studio still does not work.

any suggestions?

Unless you are importing raw PCM (wav) format, you will need to download and install the LAME encoder to convert wav to MP3. The Ots STudio Help text walks you throgh this. If space is not a problem, import PCM.
