Title: What Do Young Whipper Snappers Listen To
Post by: clover-leaf-productions on May 20, 2019, 08:37:58 PM
Greetings To The Ots World!

This one is out of our wheelhouse a bit.  We have been asked to play a high school graduation at the end of the month.  This is much younger than our traditional audience.  So we are wondering what are the current hot tunes that all of the kids are dancing to in the U.S. Midwest?  We want to ensure that we get a good selection of them loaded into Ots before the event.  This was why we loved our Prime Cuts membership.  We never used 3/4 of what they sent us, but for this event it would have been perfect.  So does somebody have a list, or know where to obtain a list of the top 40 big hits for the class of 19?

Thanks for the help in advance.

Try this www.DigitalDreamDoor.com.

Might have something there that helps.

Thank you DJ Art that is a cool looking site.

I find it highly amusing, here in the Midwest people do not know how to dance unless some rapper tells them what to do in a song.  We have tons of the hottest trending dance singles from the 200's; and if you do not mind music that all sounds alike they are not bad.  If we play some of this music at an event, it is guaranteed to clear the dance floor.  If we bring out the  dance standards from the 70's & 80's those always get a good reception.  I just can not believe that people have lost the art of feeling the beat, and dancing.
