Title: Album Cover Art size.
Post by: milky on January 09, 2018, 11:48:31 PM
I had hoped that, with the release of the updated Studio program, we would have the option to increase the size of the cover art. It has been restricted to 480 x 480 pixels forever (although, if you try to store something larger, the error message says 320 x 320 preferred).

Just about every other playout system that I am familiar with either has no restriction, or is considerably bigger in size (read "Quality"). ITunes and Amazon are both 1400 currently.
Come on Ots, hard drive space is not a limitation these days, so let's up the ante so that the thumbnail we get can actually be read without pixelating.

I'm with you on this! I don't like having to convert great images, and to a reduced quality.
