1.94 installed and licensed yesterday. Today OTS and STUDIO will not start and I get a message saying
Windows cannot access the specified device path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item
Advice please.

I guess we'll need a bit more:
- where did you install? default C:\OTSlabs ?
- what os? Windows 10? 8.1? 7?
the exact path?
