I followed all the instructions to get mp4 to be imported in studio this is the error

I haven't had the opportunity to install the latest Ots on my systems yet. I sorted out the licensing today, but I'm at work, so for the next 4 hours, I am not able to experiment, and report my findings. I will be attempting to import several MP4 videos I've been ignoring.
