Hi, i'm going thru my one ots folder thru import refresh and at the end it says I have 7 unavailable, how do i get ots to show me those 7? I have went under unavailable items and they aren't there. So where do I find those 7? Thanks

It is unusual if you have checked unavailable items in the OMQL dropdown that they are not there.
In your media library have you noticed any greyed out Ots Icons, if you have they are unavailable.
You could try a relink instead of import and refresh.

The OMQL query !avail will list the unavailable items, BUT there is an option to hide unavailable items so make sure that is not checked or you will not see them.
It's on the right hand side under the drop down "Items" menu.
