Are you actually trying to export the artist and title information from OtsAV to CSV?

Try this:
1. Run OtsAV
2. Show the Media Libary (View -> List Display -> Show Media Library on Right)
3. Choose "[All Items]" from the Media Library drop down list.
4. Right click and choose "Select" then "All".
5. Right click and choose "Export" then "As CSV File..."
6. Enter the filename to save it to (remember the folder where you are saving it)
7. Open the .CSV file in Excel (or OpenOffic Calc)

I can't remember the exact format of the export (I think there is more than just artist and title), so delete any columns that you are not interested in.  You can also add a header row by inserting a row at the top of the file and entering Artist and Title in the appropriate columns.

If you get stuck, try to indicate exactly where in the process it went wrong and what actually happened - for example, if you get an error message, make a note of the error message.

Have fun,
Darryl.

I had a feeling that the csv option was only available on some products.
